Mr. Yip Kit Weng

An ex-investment banker having build extensive network with the investment community throughout his 26 years of working experience.
Kit has approximately 26 years of working experience in investment banking roles, encompassing client coverage, deal originations, corporate finance, M&As, structured finance and equity capital markets. He began his career in tax and business at Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers before venturing into the investment banking sector.
He is currently an independent Non-Executive Director at Esente Capital Berhad. Prior to that, from October 2019 to November 2021, he was the Deputy Group Managing Director of Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad, a member of the Affin Banking Group, where he was responsible for the Investment Banking Division and was the Chairman of the Executive Committee. From Nov 2019 to Oct 2020, Kit was also a Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad, AIIMAN Asset Management Sdn Bhd and Affin Hwang Trustee Berhad.
Throughout his career, he has also successfully completed multiple capital market transactions and won many accolades for Affin Hwang as well as other organisations to which he was attached, namely Nomura Securities Malaysia, RHB Investment Bank Berhad, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, AFG Advisory Sdn Bhd and Utama Merchant Bank Berhad.
Ms. Ashley Chew

Throughout her 10 years of collective professional experience in auditing & investment banking, Ashley has been entrusted with managerial roles & responsibilities to lead her project team for various group of companies across various industries. She is proactive when in liaison as she strongly believes in building & maintaining positive long-standing working relationship with fund managers, investors, research analysts & clients. Ashley is also a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) since 2011.

Mr. Christopher Choo

A senior banker with broad experience in investment banking and corporate banking. He is a believer in creating values across multiple fronts, with integrity.
Christopher has more than 20 years of working experience in corporate and investment banking experience. He was previously the regional Business Head (Large Corporate) for a foreign bank, before moving into Client Coverage focus on deal origination and execution of clientele’s strategic plans in capital market. He was also actively involved in originating corporate proposals such as Initial Public Offering (IPO), Merger and Acquisition, REIT, fund-raising, privatization exercises and general financial advisory work. He has also advice companies in fundraising activities for clients via debt or equity market. Christopher has build strong credentials with corporate clients across regional markets.
Mr. Chow Shern Wei

Shern has close to 10 years in collective corporate advisory and investment banking experience. Shern has honed the necessary analytical skills to hit the ground running. Shern has also garnered significant experience in corporate advisory in the aspects of origination and structuring and has successfully project managed notable transactions which include an Initial Public Offerings and a Reverse Takeover Exercise.
